Crystal

Crystal joined our team in 2025. She expertly guides patients through preliminary testing and helping to ensure a seamless, welcoming experience from start to finish.

She brings a strong background in healthcare to our team. Crystal originally graduated from the Veterinary Technician Program at Georgian College in 2016 and she spent ten years working in general veterinary practice in North Bay. While she is dedicated to our optometry patients during the day, she maintains her passion for animal care and public health on the side. She continues to provide after- hours emergency veterinary services and she works as a contractor with the Health Unit and OAVT for the Rabies Response Program to help ensure community safety.

When she is not busy with her professional roles, Crystal enjoys embracing the outdoors through camping and hiking. She also loves catching live music and entertainment, and spending quality time
with her family.
